Tom was referred to me by a local computer company. I needed to have my cameras reconnected to my computer, iPad and iPhone. The challenge Thomas faced was the system installed by another company. Which turned out not to be a challenge. He understood the system, determined what the problem was and got my cameras working so I could view them on my devices.
